1. STRICT ELIGIBILITY (18+)
Access to CLOUU ("The Platform") is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. By accessing the Platform, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are of legal age. We use automated systems to flag potential minors. Any account suspected of being operated by a minor will be terminated immediately without recourse.
2. THE "RADAR" & REAL WORLD RISKS
The Platform includes a geolocation feature ("Radar") designed for social discovery. You acknowledge that:
- No Background Checks: CLOUU does not conduct criminal background checks on its users.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. CLOUU is not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from in-person meetings.
- Assume Risk: You agree to take all necessary precautions when meeting others. Meeting in public places and informing friends/family is strongly advised.
3. CONTENT & MODERATION (THE PANOPTICON)
CLOUU operates as a passive conduit for user-generated content. However, we enforce a strict policy regarding illegal material:
- Prohibited Content: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, terrorism, and acts of extreme real-world violence are strictly banned.
- Moderation Rights: Our "Panopticon" system allows administrators to permanently delete ("Nuke") content and ban devices/IPs at our sole discretion.
- Law Enforcement: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies when illegal content is detected, including the preservation and handover of IP logs and user data.
4. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold CLOUU harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any third-party rights.
5. VIRTUAL CURRENCY ("VOLTS")
"Volts" and "XP" are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash. CLOUU reserves the right to modify or reset the economy system at any time.
