1. DATA MINIMIZATION PROTOCOL
We respect your privacy by collecting only what is strictly necessary for the app's functionality ("The Game"):
- Account Data: Email, encrypted password, and username.
- Geolocation Data: We collect your GPS coordinates ONLY when you explicitly grant permission via the browser.
- Device Data: IP Address and User-Agent string are logged for security audits and ban evasion detection.
2. LOCATION PRIVACY & "FUZZING"
To protect your physical safety, your precise location is never shared with other users:
- Jitter/Fuzzing: We apply a random mathematical offset (approx. 2km - 8km radius) to your coordinates before displaying them on the map.
- Snapshot Mode: We do not track your location in the background. Coordinates are updated only when you actively use the Radar feature.
- Ghost Mode: You retain the right to become invisible at any time using the "Ghost Mode" toggle in the interface.
3. MEDIA STORAGE & DELETION
Files (Images, Audio, Video) are stored on our secure servers. When you delete a post:
- It is removed from our database immediately.
- The physical file is queued for "Hard Deletion" from our storage disks.
- Disclaimer: Third-party Content Delivery Networks (like Cloudflare) may cache copies for a limited time outside our control.
4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Data is only shared with:
- Infrastructure Providers: For hosting and storage (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean).
- Legal Authorities: Only upon receipt of a valid court order or subpoena, or to prevent imminent physical harm.
